Education for
disadvantaged children

Children from families with very low incomes, as well as children without parents who live in orphanages, often have little to no access to additional educational or development programs. In many cases, they even lack basic items such as a school backpack, writing materials, or appropriate sports clothing.

Schools—especially in rural areas—also rely on ongoing support to provide teaching materials, classroom furniture, sleeping accommodations (as many children can only return home on weekends), and basic food supplies. Our work therefore places a special focus on children living in orphanages, who receive only minimal or no support from their families of origin.

With your donation, you help us improve the educational opportunities of many underprivileged children and enhance their chances of social integration. You also enable us to regularly supply schools with essential food items and other important resources.

Health programs for
disadvantaged areas

In many regions of Sri Lanka, access to medical care is severely limited. Hospitals and health centers often lack modern equipment and sufficient medication. For people living in rural areas in particular, medical assistance is difficult to reach. This is why we are committed to improving healthcare by providing medical equipment, first-aid programs, and hygiene training.

We are also especially dedicated to improving sanitation in schools and children’s homes. Clean drinking water, functioning toilets, and safe washing facilities are essential foundations for healthy development. Hygiene is not a given—but it is a vital necessity.

Every donation helps improve the living conditions of many people—and can save lives
